Make it look effortless.
Point things out, show your iPhone beautifully, and keep your talk track and timer where only you can see them. One Mac app, one price.
What they see. What you see.
Your audience sees your drawings and your iPhone. Your script, timer and Space names stay out of screen shares and recordings.

Safe on a work Mac.
Sandboxed, from the Mac App Store
It installs and updates like any other App Store app, inside Apple's App Sandbox.
Leaves your demo app alone
It draws over your screen and doesn't touch the app you're presenting.
No account
Your scripts stay on your Mac. There's nothing to sign up for.
Every permission explained
Kuroko asks for a permission only when a feature needs it, and tells you why before macOS shows its prompt.
Questions
Which Macs does it run on?
Any Mac with Apple silicon (M1 or later) on macOS 26 or later. If your company hasn't moved to macOS 26 yet, check with IT first.
Is iPhone mirroring wireless?
No, it uses a cable. That way your demo doesn't depend on the meeting room's Wi-Fi.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy it once on the Mac App Store, and updates are free for life.
In kabuki theatre, the kuroko are stagehands dressed head to toe in black. They move the set and hand actors their props in full view. The audience agrees not to see them, and the show looks effortless because of them.
I’ve led presales teams and given hundreds of live demos. I built Kuroko because I was juggling four apps and a phone timer while a customer watched.
